Tiana Vanik graduated from Kent State University with a B.A. in Criminal Justice Studies. She earned her J.D. and Family Law Certificate at Florida Coastal School of Law Certificate. After law school Tiana focused on Family law at a general practice law firm in Texas. During this time Tiana discovered her passion for helping families navigate their way through the legal system during arguably one of the toughest times of their lives. She then worked at Hillsborough County Code Enforcement in Tampa, Florida where she helped the economically distressed in the community gain compliance with regards to their code violations. Later she and her husband decided to relocate and raise their family in Tennessee. Initially she served as the Program Director and a Rule 31 Mediator at the Mediation Center before becoming the Interim Executive Director.
